How we check this particular product
- Selection for the job
- We calculate output, lifting capacity and undercarriage type for your work. We compare 2–3 models from different manufacturers.
- Configuration in the contract
- We fix the engine, hydraulics, cab, air conditioning, climate version, attachments and spare parts kit — all in writing.
- Factory acceptance
- Before shipment we inspect the machine against a checklist: serial numbers of major components, configuration, start-up, hydraulic operation, video of the tests.
- Year of manufacture and documents
- We check the production date and the machine passport so there are no issues at registration.
- Service and spare parts
- We find out in advance where the nearest brand service centre is and offer a starter kit of consumables and filters.

Shipping: what to keep in mind
Oversized cargo and low-bed trailers
Large machines travel on a low-bed trailer with oversize permits. We calculate the route and timing for the machine’s dimensions.
Rail flatcars
For several units, rail flatcars are more economical: savings over long distances.
No self-driving
Machinery is transported only on vehicles, secured and with cargo insurance.
Documents and certificates
Recycling fee
In Uzbekistan and Russia a recycling fee is charged on self-propelled machinery. We include it in the quote so there are no surprises at registration.
EAEU
Machines require a certificate under TR CU 010/2011 “On the safety of machinery and equipment”, and some also need an electronic self-propelled machine passport (EPSM).
Uzbekistan
O‘zstandart certificate of conformity and registration with the machinery inspectorate. We help with the full package.
Requirements depend on the exact HS code. We check them before purchase and include the cost of certification in the quote.

Will Chinese machinery cope with our conditions?
Leading manufacturers build versions for hot climates and dusty quarries. We specify the climate version and heavy-duty filtration in the contract.
Can I buy machinery that a dealer in China already has in stock?
Yes. If a suitable model is in stock, the lead time is reduced to the delivery time. We check the year of manufacture and condition.
How can I pay safely for expensive machinery?
An advance payment on order confirmation and the balance after factory acceptance. For large deals a letter of credit is possible.
What about the warranty?
The factory warranty is set out in the contract. We help with warranty claims and spare parts supply.
How much does it cost to ship an excavator?
It depends on dimensions, weight and route. Send us the model and we will calculate a low-bed trailer or flatcar with permits.
