Buying in China: what you need to know
China’s bearing industry consists of several large state-owned plants and a great many private manufacturers. ZWZ is in Wafangdian, Liaoning province, HRB in Harbin, LYC in Luoyang, and C&U in Zhejiang province. A major trading cluster is Linqing in Shandong province, home to hundreds of manufacturers and wholesalers. You can find almost any size there, but also plenty of products of unclear origin and counterfeits of European brands.
To buy bearings from China without risk, the item must be defined precisely: designation, dimensions, precision class, radial clearance (e.g. C3), cage and seal type. Chinese designations differ from ISO and from SKF/FAG designations — finding an equivalent requires a catalogue cross-check, not just matching dimensions. The same goes for rubber products: belts are matched by profile and length, oil seals by dimensions and material, hydraulic hoses by standard and working pressure. For hydraulic cylinders and gearboxes, a drawing or a full set of parameters is needed: stroke, diameters, mounting, ratio and torque.
Factories differ in steel quality, heat treatment and grinding precision. Large manufacturers provide inspection reports and consistent quality; small ones offer a low price without guarantees. Typical mistakes are buying “SKF from China” below market price, not checking the clearance and precision class, and ordering an item without verifying the fit dimensions.

Critical items can go by air (3–7 days), the rest as road groupage (12–20 days to Tashkent).

Requirements depend on the HS code: some items are subject to O‘zstandart certification. We check before purchase.
Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia (EAEU)
Bearings and rubber products as components usually do not need separate certification, but TR CU 018/2011 may apply to automotive components. We check by HS code.

How do I tell a quality Chinese bearing from a counterfeit?
