- We match cameras, recorders, storage and software: protocols, resolution, number of channels.
- Regional version
- We check the firmware and interface language — devices for China’s domestic market may not support Russian.
- Pixel pitch and brightness
- For LED screens we check pixel pitch, brightness, IP rating and spare modules.
- Serial numbers
- We record serial numbers in the packing list — this is important for the warranty.
- Pre-shipment test
- We power up selected equipment at the warehouse and record a video.

Screens travel in flight cases or crates with shock absorption.
Batteries in devices
Laptops and devices with lithium batteries require marking for transport.

TR CU 004/2011 and 020/2011; for devices with radio modules (Wi-Fi, two-way radios) — additional requirements and notification of encryption products.
Uzbekistan
O‘zstandart certificate; for radio-electronic equipment — import permits.

We check radio frequency requirements before purchase: this determines whether the device can be used.
Requirements depend on the exact HS code. We check them before purchase and include the cost of certification in the quote.
