Networking equipment and servers from China
We supply networking equipment, servers and data centre infrastructure from Chinese manufacturers to integrators, ISPs and corporate customers. We check specifications, licences and import requirements before purchase.
Buying in China: what you need to know
China is one of the largest producers of networking and server equipment. Huawei (Shenzhen), H3C (Hangzhou), Ruijie (Fuzhou), ZTE and TP-Link make switches, routers and Wi-Fi from small office solutions to carrier platforms. In servers, Inspur and xFusion are prominent. Passive infrastructure — fibre-optic cable, structured cabling, racks — is made in many provinces, especially Guangdong, Jiangsu and Zhejiang. So you can buy networking equipment from China either as a major vendor’s products or as infrastructure components for a project.
With networking equipment an exact specification matters: model and revision, number and type of ports, SFP modules, power supplies, feature and port licences, software version, warranty and technical support. Vendor equipment often ships with licences tied to a region or project, so it is important to buy through channels that provide support in your country.
A separate point to check is the import of equipment with encryption functions and of radio equipment. In the EAEU a notification is filed for goods with cryptographic functions (in Russia — with the FSB); other countries have their own rules; Wi-Fi and radio equipment may be subject to radio frequency requirements. Typical mistakes are buying switches without the required licences, taking SFP modules that are not compatible with the equipment, or not checking the import requirements for encryption products.
We compile the specification together with your engineer or integrator, obtain offers from distributors and factories, and check models, licences and modules. We check import requirements before payment, and before shipping we verify serial numbers and completeness. We deliver networking equipment and servers to Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and other CIS countries, urgent items by air. For integrator projects we combine active and passive equipment from different manufacturers in one shipment to the project specification, with packages labelled by site so installation is not held up by missing items.

How we check this particular product
- Model specification
- We check model, revision, ports, modules and power supplies against your specification line by line.
- Licences and software
- We check the licence set, software version and technical support terms for your region.
- Module compatibility
- We check SFP module and cable compatibility with the equipment and the required distance.
- Encryption and radio
- We check whether a notification or import permit is required for encryption functions and radio equipment.
- Serial numbers and packaging
- We record serial numbers and check factory packaging and completeness before shipping.
What to send for an accurate quote
- Equipment specification: models, quantities, modules, licences
- Project task, if models have not yet been chosen
- Brand and technical support requirements
- Whether there is encryption, Wi-Fi or radio modules
- For servers — CPU, memory and disk configuration
- Delivery city and deadline
Shipping: what to keep in mind
High-value cargo
The equipment is valuable and compact: air (3–7 days) or groupage truck (12–20 days) is often the best option.
Servers and racks
Servers and racks are heavy; we pack them on pallets with impact protection.
Cable
Fibre-optic and copper cable on drums is shipped taking into account drum weight and dimensions.
Documents and certificates
Uzbekistan
Some equipment requires an O‘zstandart certificate of conformity; for encryption products and radio equipment we check separate import requirements.
Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia (EAEU)
TR CU 004/2011 and 020/2011 for mains-powered equipment; notification for goods with encryption (in Russia — FSB). We check by HS code.
All countries
An invoice and packing list with models and serial numbers, and the vendor’s licence certificates.
Requirements depend on the exact HS code. We check them before purchase and include the cost of certification in the quote.
HS codes and duty rates
| HS code | Product | EAEU CCT rate (KZ, KG, RU) | Calculate for your country |
|---|---|---|---|
| 8517 62 000 9 | Switches, routers, data transmission apparatus | 0% | Calculate |
| 8471 50 000 0 | Servers and processing units | 0% | Calculate |
| 8471 70 500 0 | Hard disk drives | 0% | Calculate |
| 8544 70 000 0 | Optical fibre cables | 0% | Calculate |
| 8504 40 300 8 | Power supplies and UPS for telecom and IT | 0% | Calculate |
| 8473 30 200 8 | Electronic assemblies for computers | 0% | Calculate |
EAEU rates are taken from the official EAEU Common Customs Tariff (EEC Council Decision No. 80), excluding preferences and temporary exemptions. For Uzbekistan and other countries the calculator uses the rate of the selected country. The final code depends on the exact product description.
Questions about this category
Can I buy Huawei and H3C equipment in China for Uzbekistan?
Yes, through distributors that provide licences and support for your region. We check this before purchase.
Do switches need an import notification?
In the EAEU a notification is filed for goods with cryptographic functions; in Russia it goes through the FSB. We check each model.
Do you supply servers built to configuration?
Yes. We build Inspur and xFusion servers to your CPU, memory and disk configuration.
Will the licences and support work?
We check that the vendor’s licences and support are valid for your region and fix this in the contract.
Can I order the complete infrastructure for a server room?
Yes: racks, UPS, cooling, structured cabling, fibre and active equipment are combined into one shipment to the project.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Huawei?
For office and small networks, Ruijie, TP-Link and other vendors are suitable. We select by task and budget.
How long does delivery take?
Equipment from a distributor’s stock takes from a few days to prepare; made-to-order usually 15–45 days. Delivery by air takes 3–7 days, by truck to Tashkent 12–20 days.
