Industrial equipment and production lines
Our strength: we design and manufacture equipment ourselves. We review your specification as engineers, compare lines by output, energy consumption and floor space, inspect them at the factory before shipment and help with start-up.

How we check this particular product
- Technical specification
- We help you draw up a specification: output, raw materials, product, utilities, floor space, level of automation.
- Comparison of offers
- We bring offers from different factories to the same configuration so you compare prices on substance, not on pictures.
- Drawings and diagrams
- We request the layout, wiring diagrams and a list of components (motor, PLC and pneumatics brands).
- Factory acceptance test (FAT)
- Before shipment we check the line in operation on your raw materials or samples: output, product quality, video of the tests.
- Start-up and service
- We arrange installation supervision and commissioning, staff training and a starter kit of spare parts.
What to send for an accurate quote
- What you will produce and from what raw materials
- Required output (pcs/h, kg/h, t/shift)
- Workshop dimensions and available utilities (voltage, gas, water, compressed air)
- Desired level of automation
- Budget or a rough figure, if any
- Target production start date
Shipping: what to keep in mind
Containers and oversized cargo
Lines usually ship in 1–5 containers; large assemblies on open flatbeds. The loading plan is agreed with the factory.
Package marking
Each package is marked according to the packing list — this makes assembling the line on site easier.
Insurance
We insure the cargo for its full value: equipment is high-value cargo.
Documents and certificates
EAEU
Certificate or declaration under TR CU 010/2011 “On the safety of machinery and equipment”, and where necessary 004/2011 and 020/2011; for pressure vessels — 032/2013.
Uzbekistan
O‘zstandart certificate. Equipment not produced in the country may qualify for customs duty exemptions — we check by HS code.
Technical documentation
Passport, manuals and wiring diagrams — in Russian where possible. We arrange translation.
Requirements depend on the exact HS code. We check them before purchase and include the cost of certification in the quote.
Questions about this category
Can I see the line in operation before buying?
Yes. We arrange a live video stream from the factory or a visit. Before shipment we always carry out a factory acceptance test (FAT).
Who will start up the equipment?
Factory specialists or our engineers. The installation supervision terms are fixed in the contract in advance.
What if the line does not reach the stated output?
The output and the conditions for confirming it are written into the contract. The factory receives the balance of payment after the tests.
How long does it take to deliver a line?
Manufacturing usually takes 30–90 days and delivery 2–5 weeks. The factory gives the exact lead time for the specific configuration.
Do you work with used equipment?
Our main focus is new equipment. For used equipment we offer advice if the machine has a verifiable history.
Send us a request and we will calculate it for your case
We reply within an hour during business hours. An offer with factory prices usually takes 3–5 business days.
